David Henry Czubakowski

Passed away peacefully on July 31, 2018 at the age of 74.  Loving husband for 45+ years of Christine.  Devoted dad of Kelly (Angel) Reyes and Dennis (Wendy) Schultz.  Loving Grandpa Dave of Stephanie and Jonni.  Great Grandpa Dave of Quentin, Reanna and Madalynn.  Brother of Dorothy Fuzer.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Dave was a retiree of OMC - Evinrude, loved Classic Cars and Car Shows and 50's and 60's music.  Funeral Services, Saturday, August 4th at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.  In State Saturday from 9:00 to 10:45 A.M.  Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
