Dorothy Irene (Szeflinski) Jakubiak

Born into eternal life on August 24, 2018 at the age of 90.  Dear mother of Janice (Donald) Tank, Jean, Kenneth (Vicki), Jeffrey (Kathy) and Mary (Robert) Bahling.  Loving grandmother of Jan, Chris, Ange, Sara, Jenny, Jessica, Megan, Jason, Emily and Ray.  Lifetime family friend of Fr. Herbert Schubert.  She will be sadly missed by her many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends at The Polonaise.  She was preceded in death by her former husband, Raymond Jakubiak.  Memorial Services at ST. STEPHEN CATHOLIC CHURCH 1441 West Oakwood Road on Saturday, September 8th at 10:00 A.M.  Memorial Gathering AT CHURCH from 9:00 to 9:45 A.M.  Private Interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
