Kathleen "Kathy" L (Jaraczewski) Blaszczyk

Passed away peacefully with her family at her side on September 23, 2018 at the age of 75. Beloved wife for 54 years of Wayne. Loving mother of Jim (Cathy) and John Blaszczyk. Proud grandma of Christina and Emma. Loving sister of Janet (Ron) Buettner, Marge (Ron) Seidner and Barbara (Gene) Bongard. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 29th at 11:00 A.M. at ST. ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH 1710 W. Bolivar Ave. Visitation AT CHURCH from 9:00 to 10:45 A.M. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
