Carol A. Stack was born to eternal life and reunited with her husband, Fred Stack on August 27, 2022 at the age of 85.
Carol was born on July 28, 1937 to the late Harry and Irene. She married Fred on June 6, 1964 and started a family the next year. Beloved mother of Karen (Randy), Michael and Kathy (Dennis). Dear grandmother of Kaleigh. Further survived by her sister Margaret (the late George), nieces, nephews, other relatives and lifelong friends.
Carol had several jobs during her lifetime, but her most important and fulfilling job was raising her children. She was a silent warrior that faced many challenges with resilient strength and was a source of inspiration to everyone who knew her. Carol was a very selfless person and consistently put the needs of others first; especially her children. She was always there for us when we needed her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh at a good joke and even the not so good ones. Her favorite color was purple and she loved dogs.
Carol loved to paint and draw pictures which were inspired from personal photos. She spent countless hours knitting hats, scarves, blankets and prayer shawls for those in need. She has also been known to enjoy a Bloody Mary on occasion, so next time you have one raise your glass in cheers to Carol.
Sincerest gratitude to everyone at AccentCare (Seasons) Hospice for the kind and compassionate care they provided during Carol’s final days.
