Casey David Day

Casey David Day, born on November 4, 1974, in Milwaukee, WI, passed away unexpectedly in his home on May 16, 2024, at the age of 49.

Casey was the beloved son of the late Patricia Tappendorf (nee Grady) and David Day. He is survived by his caring stepfather, Gary Tappendorf. He is also survived by his son, Tyler Day, and his siblings, brother Jeffrey Day and sister Kellie Villalobos.

Casey will be remembered for his genuine and kind heart. He was confident, kind, silly, stubborn, hard-working, and always an entrepreneur. Casey was a fighter and a survivor; he faced life's challenges with all his heart and strived to be better. 

A memorial gathering and celebration of Casey’s life will be held on July 20, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gaslite West, 4305 S 84th St, Greenfield, WI. The event will be open house style with a prayer at 4pm. Friends and family are invited to stop by to pay their respects and stay for as long or as little as they like. Food and drinks will be served.

Casey's family invites all who knew him to join them as they remember his life. Casey  will be deeply missed by all. Casey’s spirit will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones and the memories they shared together.
