Charles Fogle, age 37, passed away unexpectedly on April 20, 2026. He is survived by his beloved wife, TSILTIYAH Fogle; his cherished daughters, Bracha, Elisheva, and Elior; and his brother, Douglas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Sandra Fogle, and Sharon Wirth. Charles was a proud Navy veteran whose life was marked by service, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others. He studied at the Naval Academy and later graduated from the University of Wisconsin, where he focused on community engagement and nonprofit leadership. His passion for building stronger communities led him to co-found Chesed Life Builders, an organization dedicated to providing crucial support systems including education, housing, classes, food, necessities, and employment opportunities to underserved communities. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing and funeral service on May 1 at 10:00 a.m. at Joseph E. Sass Funeral Home. Burial will take place on May 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
