Curtis Brzezinski, age 77, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 8, 2026. He was the devoted husband of the late Darlene Brzezinski for 25 years and the loving father of Noel Brzezinski and the late Clinton (Brandy) Brzezinski. Curtis was also the stepfather of Julie Swirkowski, Thomas (Rachel) Swirkowski, Cheryl Swirkowski, and Kimberly Smith. He was a beloved grandfather to Anthony, Ashley, Brittany, Christina, Samantha, Kasie, and Raymond Brzezinski, Jaime Whiting, Andrew (Michelle) Wipijewski, Christopher (Michelle) Wipijewski, Dylan Swirkowski, David (Shyanne) Smith, Devonte (Mya) Smith, Demarcus Smith, Dominic Smith, Brandon Faltersack, Jeremiah Faltersack, Adaeze Swirkowski, Bryan Lemke, Brian Boyer, and Nathan Croft. Curtis was also a cherished great-grandfather to Christopher Jr., David IV, Demari, Stella, Levi, and Hudson. He was the brother of the late Russel Brzezinski and Darrel (Ruth) Brzezinski. Curtis enjoyed many hobbies, including NASCAR, drag racing, BMX racing, and working on cars. He loved the Brewers and watching baseball. Curtis was always the first to cheer on his children and grandchildren at sporting events. He dedicated 30 years to supporting their participation in BMX racing and found great joy in it. Every holiday, he drove to each of his grandchildren’s homes with a bag of holiday candy. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the doctors and nurses who provided compassionate care for Curtis in his final days at Accent Care Hospice at Lutheran Home, especially David and Kristina. Thank you to his fellow Rosicrucians for offering support at his bedside. A Memorial Celebration of Curtis's life will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a short service at 1:00 PM. A luncheon will follow, location to be determined. Interment will take place at a later date at St. Adalbert Cemetery
