Daniel G Powalisz

Reunited with his beloved daughter, Dorian Hintz on September 20, 2024 at the age of 92. Beloved husband for 62 years of Marlyn. Proud dad of Tad (Sherry) Powalisz and Deanna (Kent) Schwartz. Loving grandpa of Cassie (Sergio), Hunter, Tanner, Amber and Dakota. Great Grampy of Raegan and Celeste. Dear brother of David Powalisz. Dan is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Dan retired after 43 years from Rexnord and worked for Ben's Cycle for many years. He spent his free time at his cottage in Amberg, where he enjoyed all outdoor activities. Dan was the neighborhood landscaper and dog treat giver. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 26th at St. John Paul II - St. Helen Site 3329 South 10th Street at 10:30 a.m. Visitation at church from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
