Genevieve (Lassa) Budney

Journeyed home to be with Jesus and her beloved son, Richie, on January 4, 2019, age 97.  Genie is survived by cherished siblings, Norm and Grace.  May she rest in peace with her other dear children, brothers and sister.  Genie’s contagious joy will be remembered by family and friends.   A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at ST. JOHN PAUL II - ST. HELEN SITE 3329 S. 10th Street.  A Memorial Gathering will be held at church from 9:00 to 9:45 A.M.  Genie will be privately interred at West Lawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight appreciated.
