Grace T (Washowiak) Jones

Formerly of Peru, Illinois, welcomed into the arms of the Lord, after a long illness on March 6, 2021, at the age of 84. Grace was ahead of her time, with a career as a Medical Technologist for over 50 years at a time when few women worked out of the home. Loving Mother of Ronald R. Jones of New Berlin, WI and Dr. Linda Jones Rufer of Milwaukee, WI. Proud Grandmother of Heather, Amelia, Abigail, and Michael. Great Grandmother of Adam and Logan. Caring sister to her dear little brother, David Washkowiak, and his wife, Bonita. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard of over 60 years, and grandson Nicholas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on June 9th at 9:30 a.m. at Clement Manor 3939 S. 92nd St. Greenfield, WI. Grace will be interred at Southern Wisconsin Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove on June 10th at 12:00 Noon.
