Jackie was reunited with her husband, Richard Sr., son, Charles, and parents George and Ann (nee Brewinski) Skalecke on June 6, 2022. Beloved mother of Rick (Doreen) Ciezki and Jodie (Lenny) Schiller, dear grandmother of Sean, Justin, and Kristen Ciezki; Michelle and Michael Schiller and great grandmother of 5.

Jackie was a very special mother and friend. She was the breadwinner of the family; she kept the family together thru some rough times and celebrated with them through the good times. Jackie loved to go to the Milwaukee Zoo and the Wisconsin state fair with her daughter Jodie and her grandchildren. She really loved spoiling all of her grandchildren. For many years she would travel to visit her son Rick in New Jersey at Thanksgiving and take her grandchildren Christmas shopping on Black Friday.

Jackie worked at EZ Painter for 34 years before retiring. She was a member of the Teamsters union and an active member of Moose Lodge #49. With her friend and neighbor Shirley, they would walk around the neighborhood making sure everyone was doing fine. She was a social butterfly, and she would talk to anyone about anything. She was very compassionate and wanted the best of everything for everybody.

The family would like to thank the staff at Ascension Living for their dedication and hard work for taking care of our most beloved mother. She was a friend to everyone she met and will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers and with the memory of her beloved dog Wally, donate to your local animal rescue or shelter. Our mother made us who we are today, and her spirit will live within us for the rest of our lives.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, June 23rd at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial Gathering from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services.
