John Brooks

Welcomed into the arms of the Lord where he was reunited with his beloved wife Mary on May 30, 2023, at the age of 91. Devoted father of Jean, John (Lyn), Daniel, the late Gary (the late Shelby), Jody (Gary) Kuzmic, Jeffrey, Ann (Bob) Lancour, William, the late Ronald, Michelle (Steve) Blasier and Mary (Dave) Braun. Loving grandpa of 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. John cherished his time with his family, his animals and traveling in Northern Wisconsin where he enjoyed hunting and fishing. SPECIAL THANKS to Kristin and all the staff at St. Mary's Manor for giving him all the love and comfort he needed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 6th at 12:00 NOON at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CHURCH 3222 S. 29th St. Visitation AT CHURCH from 10:30 to 11:45 A.M. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery.
