NATALIE CZYZ
The Lord called Natalie “Nat” Czyz home on June 23, 2022. Natalie was born December 17, 1968 in Harvey, Illinois to Edward Alexander Czyz and Bedelia Gloria Vela.
Natalie graduated from South Division High School in 1986. Following High School, Natalie enlisted in the United States Army National Guard and was stationed in Germany until 1989. Natalie held various transportation and logistics coordinator positions for many, many years, all the while raising her three children. She attended Weekend College at Alverno College as a single parent, no small feat.
Natalie’s greatest achievements and what made her proudest were her three children and grandchildren. They all knew they were loved. No distance nor logistics could interfere with the love and bond that exists with her children.
No matter what life threw at Natalie, she always managed to land on her feet. Her positive nature and deep faith saw her through literally everything. She always had a smile on her face and could make jokes during difficult times. Her positive attitude was because she knew the Lord was with her and would guide her through anything.
Natalie loved the simple things in life like walks, coffee, catching up with loved ones and friends. She loved sharing her kindness and faith with others. She was selfless and always encouraging. Natalie was the type of friend that would help in any way she could.
In May 2022, Adam Knueppel asked Natalie for her daughter’s hand in marriage. She was so excited and looked forward to helping plan their wedding and the next phase of her family. Jasmine and Adam were honored by her blessing to their union.
Natalie always looked out for her younger sister Leanne and will be deeply missed by her. They were able to spend more time together when Leanne moved back to Milwaukee and they were looking forward to the years ahead together.
Natalie was preceded in death by her parents Edward Alexander Czyz and Bedelia Gloria Vela, special friend Jason Schmidt and best friend Reynaldo “Drupi” Rodriguez. She is survived by her beloved children, Lauren Adams and Jasmine “Lil’ Bird” Lopez (Adam Knueppel) and son Jesse Villarreal. She is also survived by her sister Leanne (Pedro) Bravo, brother Ricardo Garcia (Andrea Krispinsky), longtime friend Brenda (Theodore) Demopolous, her three grandchildren Nolan, Diavonni, and Diavarri and many nieces & nephews, friends and loved ones.
Natalie will be so missed! As she would say “I LOVE YOU. GOD BLESS YOU.” We Love You Too, Natalie!
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 5 at God Touch Milwaukee, 1501 W. Lincoln Ave, Milwaukee, WI. Visitation from 4:00-5:30 p.m. with services to follow at 5:30 p.m..
